Chiropractor Teresa Melton D.C.
Dr. Teresa Melton opened Allergies, Aches & Pains Chiropractic & Acupuncture Center, Ltd. in Sycamore, on July 9, 2002. Since that time, she has grown to include Massage Therapy in the services provided. Prior to that, she practiced in Elgin for 5 years. Dr. Melton had the privilege of training with Dr. Jon A. Sunderlage, a leader in the acupuncture community and her mentor.
Dr. Melton is a 1997 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic. She is a Licensed Chiropractic Physician and Acupuncturist in the State of Illinois, as well as trained Animal Chiropractor.
Through her post-graduate studies, Dr. Melton has further studied acupuncture and obtained a Fellowship from the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture. She, additionally, has studied Chiropractic Care for Pre-natal and Pediatrics and obtained Certification from the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice and the Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics, as well as Webster Technique Certification, which is a safe means to restoring proper pelvic balance and function during pregnancy. Dr. Melton has additionally studied Complementary Alternative Medical options for children with neurodevelopmental disorders through Intersect4Kids.
In August 2017, Dr. Melton completed her Animal Chiropractic training through Health Pioneers Institute. She is excited to not only be able to care for people but their animals, too Dr. Melton can now provide whole family care for people & their pets!
Dr. Melton enjoys being able to assist people in their healing process. While she treats people with a multitude of health conditions ranging from headaches, pain, digestive stress, etc., she specializes in care for the entire family starting with pre-natal & pediatrics. Dr. Melton will spend the time to listen to your health concerns and formulate a pathway of care that is most suitable for your needs. She is eager to be a part of your health team providers and assist you in improving your health so that you may enjoy a better quality of life.

Office Manager Kim Foster
Hello, my name is Kim Foster; I live in DeKalb with my husband Tom and our children. I enjoy spending my time outside whenever I can or finding new and fun activities to take the kids to on the weekends.
I am very happy to be a part of the Allergies, Aches and Pains team. I have always been interested by alternative medicine; it has been wonderful incorporating new practices in mine and my family’s life. Witnessing the effect chiropractic and acupuncture care has had on some of Dr. Melton’s patients has been fascinating to me.
Billing Manager/Human Resources Sally Riccardi
Sally Riccardi lives in Sycamore, IL with her husband and son. She has been working with Dr. Melton on and off for 8 years. She enjoys working with a business that promotes natural wellness and has a family friendly atmosphere. The knowledge gained by working with Dr. Melton for so many years has changed the way her and her family live their lives. Sally believes in what Dr. Melton does and promotes natural wellness to everyone she knows.
Outside of work Sally enjoys raising her son, playing outdoors, crafting, and traveling. She is also an extreme weather enthusiast (as a certified meteorologist) and a passionate environmentalist. She tries to do her part to help the environment whenever she can. She believes that natural wellness cannot happen without a thriving natural world.
Chiropractic Assistant Rachel Lynch
Rachel Lynch lives in Sycamore, IL with her husband and three boys. She worked as a CNA for several years. She also home-schools her 2 oldest children. Rachel enjoys being outside and working in the garden, photography, and crocheting. Rachel learned about the benefits of chiropractic care during her last pregnancy. She is excited to continue to learn more about natural approaches for a healthy lifestyle.
Massage Therapist Rachel Graf
Rachel Graf graduated from the Kishwaukee Community College Massage Therapy program in 2005. Rachel has extensive experience as well as continuing education in Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy. Other training and experience includes Prenatal, Swedish/Relaxation, and Aromatherapy.
Rachel believes that massage needs to be experienced to fully understand its benefits. Decreased pain, soreness, and stiffness on a day to day basis, as well as Increased Range of Motion or Less Frequent Headaches, are just a few benefits that can only be understood after they happen. Massage may be the key to make that happen for you.
Massage Therapist Amy Milling
Amy Milling graduated with an AAS degree in Massage Therapy from Rasmussen College in 2010.
Amy has extensive training in Craniosacral work to help alleviate headaches. Amy also performs Swedish/Relaxation, Prenatal, Reflexology and Trigger Point Therapy. She has personally seen the benefits of these different treatments in her own life, and enjoys the opportunity to help others experience the benefits of Massage Therapy in their own lives.
Amy lives in Sycamore with her teenage son.
Massage Therapist Nicole Goodrich
Nicole Goodrich is a 2017 graduate of the Therapeutic Massage Program at Kishwaukee College. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Illinois.
She excels in relaxation massage benefiting to reduce stress, help lower blood pressure, improve circulation and lymphatic flow which can overall strengthen your immune system. Massage also helps in pain management and can help improve posture by relaxing muscles to provide proper bone support, having this can eliminate lower back pain due to prolonged sitting or standing incorrectly.
Nicole presently resides in the DeKalb area with her cat and Quaker Parrot and enjoys outdoor activities.
