Christine Taylor-Nalley, Chiropractic Assistant
My name is Christine Taylor-Nalley and I am happy to be a part of the team at Allergies, Aches and Pains. I was born and raised here in Sycamore and enjoy it's small town charm. I am a mother to 3 amazing children, step-mom to four fabulous kids and a grandmother, too! As a recent widow, I am truly grateful and blessed with this big extended family.
My background has been in office work and chid care and I enjoyed both. Most recently I have been a full-time caregiver for my husband of 21 years, however, since his passing I am leaning into my own life and learning to take care of myself. I look forward to assisting our patients with the care and concern I have given my own family as they travel their path to wellness.
Massage Therapist Rachel Graf
Rachel Graf graduated from the Kishwaukee Community College Massage Therapy program in 2005. Rachel has extensive experience as well as continuing education in Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy. Other training and experience includes Prenatal, Swedish/Relaxation, and Aromatherapy.
Rachel believes that massage needs to be experienced to fully understand its benefits. Decreased pain, soreness, and stiffness on a day to day basis, as well as Increased Range of Motion or Less Frequent Headaches, are just a few benefits that can only be understood after they happen. Massage may be the key to make that happen for you.
