Office Manager Kim Foster
Hello, my name is Kim Foster; I live in DeKalb with my husband Tom and our children. I enjoy spending my time outside whenever I can or finding new and fun activities to take the kids to on the weekends.
I am very happy to be a part of the Allergies, Aches and Pains team. I have always been interested by alternative medicine; it has been wonderful incorporating new practices in mine and my family’s life. Witnessing the effect chiropractic and acupuncture care has had on some of Dr. Melton’s patients has been fascinating to me.

Massage Therapist Rachel Graf
Rachel Graf graduated from the Kishwaukee Community College Massage Therapy program in 2005. Rachel has extensive experience as well as continuing education in Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy. Other training and experience includes Prenatal, Swedish/Relaxation, and Aromatherapy.
Rachel believes that massage needs to be experienced to fully understand its benefits. Decreased pain, soreness, and stiffness on a day to day basis, as well as Increased Range of Motion or Less Frequent Headaches, are just a few benefits that can only be understood after they happen. Massage may be the key to make that happen for you.
